KWS is comprised of two divisions, Koontz Wagner Maintenance Services (KWMS), and Koontz Wagner Construction Services (KWCS). KWMS sells, repairs, services and tests electric motors and other equipment, while KWCS provides design, construction, electrical contracting, and maintenance services. Aldine’s investment was made in conjunction with a buyout led by an independent private equity sponsor.
