Where We Invest
Aldine invests in companies experiencing an ownership change, seeking acquisitions, or demonstrating strong growth. We seek to invest in companies with a history of at least three years of successful operation. The firm will primarily purchase fixed-rate subordinated notes and seek equity or upside appreciation in each transaction.
Our Focus
Aldine focuses on the lower end of the middle market making investments in privately held, entrepreneurial companies. The Principals of Aldine have over 100 years of combined experience providing capital to companies that meet these criteria. While being industry generalists, we won’t consider real estate, banking/lending or turnarounds.
