Smart Vent specializes in manufacturing and distributing proprietary engineered flood vents, compliant with FEMA, the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations, and International Code Council IRC & ICB. Its Floodproofing.com division works with architects, engineers, and property managers to supply flood proofing designs and products to commercial, office, multi-family, retail, hospitality, critical facilities, and municipal buildings that comply with flood codes and regulations. Smart Vent is comprised of a national team of Certified Floodplain Managers (CFM) who are regarded as experts in the flood industry.
