Global Precision Products (“Global”) specializes in tight tolerance precision machining of small diameter metal and plastic parts utilizing CNC machining equipment with multi-axis milling and turning capabilities. The Company’s customers are suppliers to a variety of end industries including aerospace and defense, commercial & industrial, medical, optical and imaging, and transportation. In parallel with Aldine’s investment, Global acquired Will-Mor Manufacturing. Will-Mor is a contract manufacturer specializing in difficult to machine, high-temp super alloys for commercial and military aerospace applications, as well as precision guided ordnance components for national defense.
